I'm not a professor, nor a grammar researcher, so I can't be sure if my belief is true or not, but I believe that any language can be broken down into pieces of grammar rules that most of the language users follow. If they don't follow the rule, their sentences wouldn't make sense and won't deliver the meaning they want.
